Refund & Return policy

Overview

Pea Baby is a wholesale baby clothing manufacturer. All sales are made on a B2B (business-to-business) basis.
Due to the nature of wholesale production, returns and refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

Refunds

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The products are unused, unworn, unwashed
  • The products are in original packaging
  • A manufacturing defect or shipping damage is confirmed
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

⚠️ Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or private label orders
  • Discounted / clearance items
  • Bulk or series-based wholesale orders
  • Products damaged due to improper use or storage
  • Orders approved and produced according to buyer specifications

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Send clear photos/videos of the issue
  3. Include your order number

After review, we may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Partial refund
  • Store credit

Decision is made after inspection.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing time may take 7–14 business days

Shipping Returns

If a return is approved:

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Pea Baby is not responsible for lost return shipments

Return address will be shared after approval.
