Refund & Return policy
Overview
Pea Baby is a wholesale baby clothing manufacturer. All sales are made on a B2B (business-to-business) basis.
Due to the nature of wholesale production, returns and refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
Refunds
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted if:
- The products are unused, unworn, unwashed
- The products are in original packaging
- A manufacturing defect or shipping damage is confirmed
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
⚠️ Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made or private label orders
- Discounted / clearance items
- Bulk or series-based wholesale orders
- Products damaged due to improper use or storage
- Orders approved and produced according to buyer specifications

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send clear photos/videos of the issue
- Include your order number
After review, we may offer:
- Replacement
- Partial refund
- Store credit
Decision is made after inspection.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time may take 7–14 business days
Shipping Returns
If a return is approved:
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Pea Baby is not responsible for lost return shipments
